If your offer is accepted the joy returns and the dream is that much closer. However, that means that five other buyers go home empty handed and perhaps heartbroken. This emotional hangover can be devastating for some. My advice...don't let that stop you!

For many, there are not many moments more rewarding than opening the door to their new home. Typically once we do a walk through to ensure everything is clean and as it should be, I'll excuse myself to allow my clients to do their private happy dance and let everything sink in.
